Define the event, timing classes, advertiser allocations and renderer screens. Save changes at any time.

Define exact event intervals and a dynamic time class such as PRIME, NON_PRIME or ABC_TIME.
Slot contracts
Assign each owner a capacity in a timing window. Advertiser contracts can be linked to one advertiser; blank means shared capacity for that owner.
